At Second Chance Flavors, we take pride in providing Malt Magic—a dairy-free, vegan-friendly malted milk powder—crafted with care and quality ingredients.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective products.

• Product Condition: New only (unopened, sealed, and in original packaging).

• Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

How to Return

• Method: By mail only.

• Return Label: Customer Responsibility

• Restocking Fee: 10% of the product price applies to all returns.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.

• If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please email secondchanceflavors@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns for products purchased from third-party retailers—please contact them directly for assistance.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
